“I had an amazing experience at Natural Body Spa! I enjoyed a 60-minute Swedish massage with Shauna and a 60-minute Organic Custom Facial with Tori, and I was very pleased with both services.
Shauna did an excellent job with my massage. She used the right amount of pressure, focused on my areas of tension, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire session. I especially appreciated that she took the time to recommend future massage options based on the tension areas she noticed. Her attentiveness and personalized approach made a real difference in my experience. I would absolutely request her again!
Tori was wonderful as well! Since it had been years since my last facial, I really appreciated how she explained each product she applied, what it was intended to do, and how it benefited my skin. She also identified my skin type and provided recommendations for future facials and aftercare. My skin felt softer, smoother, and more hydrated afterward, and I could even see a beautiful glow!
I also want to recognize the front desk team! They were very nice, welcoming, and friendly both when I checked in and when I checked out. Their warm greeting and pleasant demeanor helped make the entire experience feel inviting from beginning to end.
Both Shauna and Tori were professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. I appreciated that they took the time to educate me and provide personalized recommendations rather than simply performing the services.
