Dr Ofek was my first experience with a chiropractor and in all honesty I didn’t know what to expect. I had terrible sciatic pain on one side. In the initial meeting we went through many questions which really helped me think more about my body holistically and made me more aware of other issues that I blamed on age. Dr Ofek was very easy to talk with and explained things very well. After three months of sessions I feel great and am developing a new routine. During each session Dr Ofek was very conscientious of my comfort and adapted to any updates I had. I also appreciated his feedback on quick simple stretches that were easy to incorporate into my day.

Came to Dr. Ofek when I was around 30 weeks pregnant and having terrible lower back/posterior hip pain. Dr. Ofek was very thorough in his interview and examination. In just 2 visits my pain was essentially gone. I have been able to get back to walking and exercising through my pregnancy. This has been the first time I have been to a chiropractor and I have had a great experience!
