They've upgraded their lasers to blow continuous cool air so the laser does not sting as much and boy has it been a game changer! Clients can expect personalized attention and adjustments to their treatment plan as needed. With multiple treatments, noticeable results can be achieved, even for those with thick and coarse hair. The clinic offers unlimited touch-ups and allows clients to return for years after their last regular treatment.
I’ve been going to Milan for years, and my experience has varied a lot depending on the location.
My experience at the Smyrna location was wonderful. Floreana did my treatment and was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She made a real effort to manage my discomfort, and the front desk staff was also very warm and welcoming.
Unfortunately, my experience at the Buckhead location was the complete opposite. On multiple visits, the providers were dismissive of my pain and gave me attitude for having normal reactions during a sensitive procedure. A special shoutout to the manager, Shakera—she goes above and beyond to make sure every client has a top-tier experience. Her energy, leadership, and genuine care really set the tone for the entire office.
Definitely a great investment especially if you deal with excess hair from PCOS like i do! All my treatments have been with Floriane who is the absolute best. She makes sure that I’m always comfortable and safe during treatments and has gotten me to 95% reduction 🥳 I am incredibly happy with my results and it’s been great for my confidence! THANKS MILAN
