Great staff! I'm extremely impressed with Meineke South Cobb as always. Brandon and Bryan's customer service is top notch. I got a full consultation covering service needs for my car's regular maintenance. Everyone I've dealt with at this location has been helpful and professional. HIGHLY recommend.
I made an appointment after he hours online to drop my car off the next morning. I went in told them what I needed and that I would be going out of town and would not be back until 3 pm. They sent me quotes via text message and email and I was able to approve for the work to be done with one click on my phone. I also told them that I need my brake lights done and they were able to do those as well. I went by about 3:30 pm they were not finished but said they would call me when they were which was a little less than an hour later. I got my oil change at 8AM, and Zach got me in and out quickly. Zach and a young lady were very helpful, letting me know about a few things that needed to be fixed. They even showed me pictures of the issues, which was really cool. I couldn't afford to get any of them fixed just yet, but it was refreshing that they weren't aggressive about selling repairs. I try to avoid places like that!
The highlight for me was the cappuccino machine-that was such a nice touch! Thank you all for the great service. ;)
