Jade is the absolute best! She turned my dark brown hair, with years of black box color on the ends, into the most gorgeous and vibrant red. It is perfect and everything I wanted. She was so thoughtful and attentive and it was the best experience I’ve ever had in a salon. 10/10 recommend!

So happy I decided to get the Japanese thermal straightening here. Baldem did a great job explaining what to expect from the treatment and answering my questions about aftercare. I was a bit nervous because I have 4c hair but I did my first wash post treatment and my hair is still straight and smooth. Will definitely be coming back to this salon again!

I have been going to Jade for several years, for keratin treatments and brazilian blow outs. Last March I took the plunge and did the japanese straightening with Baldem. He is so knowledgeable and careful with your hair. I was very happy with the results when I walked out of the salon, and thought I would give it a month before posting a review. Well, time got away from me, but 7 months later, I am still absolutely thrilled with my hair. The treatment is life changing and Baldem is an artist. Do not hesitate to get this done with Baldem.
