I have had cleanings, fillings, and partial done here, and I have to give a special shoutout to my hygienist! I have very sensitive areas in my mouth, and she is incredibly gentle, patient, and thorough. She constantly checked to make sure I wasn't in pain and gave me great tips for managing my sensitivity at home. She is truly the best! From the moment I walk in, the front office staff is incredibly welcoming, helpful, and efficient. I’ve been going to Highland Dental for the past few years and I’ve had a pleasant experience each visit. Dr. Nguyen is good, but the hygienist and the rest of the team are great and understanding people. I highly value communication and transparency when it comes to the cost, what my procedures look like, etc., considering I am a health care provider myself. I encourage patients to ask questions, get clarity on things that may be confusing to you, and be open to share any concerns in order to get the best experience you can.
