As a patient of NP Crystal Johnson, I must say she is the only reason I continued to remain a patient. After today enough was enough and I will be finding a new PCP. This office has found a way to nickel and dime patients with no compassion. This office is the worst, its not about patient care its strictly business and multiple hidden fees.
The number they have posted on the website is someone personal cell number. I called that number numerous of times and someone finally answered. She said she has been getting calls and voicemails with patients personal information such as SSN, DOB, and full names. So don’t call that number because it’s a young lady number.
I can’t believe I haven’t submitted a review here yet! This was my 8th or 9th visit, and I’ll never go anywhere else. Some people have complained about the wait times, but personally, I’d much rather have my doctor spend that extra time with me so I understand exactly what is going on with my body and how to rectify my health. The bedside manner here is excellent all around. Highly recommend!
