Genesis Health Care is a highly recommended facility known for its professional and caring staff. Patients praise the welcoming environment from the front desk to the doctors' offices. The doctors take their time to explain services in detail and provide compassionate, knowledgeable care. Many have been patients for years and trust the licensed healthcare providers. Staff members are described as kind, helpful, and true professionals who genuinely care about patients' well-being. Overall, patients feel they receive excellent care and appreciate the respectful, healing environment. Despite some negative comments, most reviews highlight positive experiences, emphasizing kindness and understanding in the healthcare setting.
The number they have posted on the website is someone personal cell number. I called that number numerous of times and someone finally answered. She said she has been getting calls and voicemails with patients personal information such as SSN, DOB, and full names. So don’t call that number because it’s a young lady number.
I can’t believe I haven’t submitted a review here yet! This was my 8th or 9th visit, and I’ll never go anywhere else. Some people have complained about the wait times, but personally, I’d much rather have my doctor spend that extra time with me so I understand exactly what is going on with my body and how to rectify my health. The bedside manner here is excellent all around. Highly recommend!

This office is completely unprofessional and unethical and should seriously be investigated.
I have been a loyal patient for over nine years, yet I was treated with blatant incompetence and disrespect. From May 2025 through September 2025, I paid for their $199 unlimited visits membership. When I came in today in December, I was told my new insurance did not cover my services—despite my insurance company confirming that it does. The staff then changed their story and claimed they simply do not accept that type of plan.
