I prefer ordering online and picking up in store here because the service is better than in this Best Buy. It is hard when you go in, cannot find the product you are looking for at this location and tracking down someone who is willing to help you half the time they you can find and are willing to assist and other times you have to track someone down who isn't at the register.

I Stood in this area for about 5 or more minutes while the associate who was working in the Windows area completely ignored me. I worked in customer service for years (including Best Buy mobile for 2), and the polite thing to do would be at least great me like "hi, I'll be with you in a moment". I was able to flag down Mark and he was kind enough to assist me and help me order an item that was out of stock as well as help me find the best value tv mount. I'm not a fan of this location but if I'm passing by I'll stop in if I need an item. My biggest complaint is that there's barely anyone working here.

To the Devon, AC, and Zoe. Thank you so very much for all of your help fixing a disaster of an experience. I placed my order online for an Xbox series X for my family for Christmas. The original order was supposed to be picked up from the store at Perimeter however I received a message later that evening stating that the order was not available. I looked online and found that it was available at the Smyrna store. I tried to change the location online but it did not show as an option for me.
