I prefer ordering online and picking up in store here because the service is better than in this Best Buy. It is hard when you go in, cannot find the product you are looking for at this location and tracking down someone who is willing to help you half the time they you can find and are willing to assist and other times you have to track someone down who isn't at the register.
I Stood in this area for about 5 or more minutes while the associate who was working in the Windows area completely ignored me. I worked in customer service for years (including Best Buy mobile for 2), and the polite thing to do would be at least great me like "hi, I'll be with you in a moment". I was able to flag down Mark and he was kind enough to assist me and help me order an item that was out of stock as well as help me find the best value tv mount. I'm not a fan of this location but if I'm passing by I'll stop in if I need an item. My biggest complaint is that there's barely anyone working here.
To the Devon, AC, and Zoe. Thank you so very much for all of your help fixing a disaster of an experience. I placed my order online for an Xbox series X for my family for Christmas. The original order was supposed to be picked up from the store at Perimeter however I received a message later that evening stating that the order was not available. I looked online and found that it was available at the Smyrna store. I tried to change the location online but it did not show as an option for me. I called the 888-Best-buy number for assistance twice. The first person told me that it wasn't available at any stores. I called the Smyrna store directly to verify that they had them and stock then called back to have the store pickup location changed again. Again I was told that they could not help me. I got to the store and was promptly greeted by an associate who asked if I needed help. I she checked for the item and it was in fact in stock. I then asked for the store manager or assistant store manager. While waiting another associate Devon asked if I needed assistance. I told him yes, what my issue or concern was and he also called a manager but he didn't stop there. He went above and beyond to get my problem fixed with the help of AC and Zoe. I know it's not much by I had just placed a $1200 order and depending upon what the resolve was going to be for this issue. I was going to cancel that order and return everything that I purchased the day before. Thank you to all of you went above and beyond to change my customer experience!!
