Summary : Don’t use this place. Not organized and does not have your clothes on the day they say they should have It. If you go he very flexible about when you need your stuff.

Details : Walked in on Monday 04/01/2024 for shirt & panrs cleaning plus an alteration to one more pair of pants. I prepaid and was told it’ll be ready the following Monday.

I was never updated on the progress and also needed the pants that Tuesday. Didn’t have them and had to do something else.

Clothes were not ready til Wednesday. Only shirt and pants that were cleaned

Don’t ever going back to the place the owner Bobby mess up my very very expensive jacket the it was only a few weeks old and he refused to naked right I have proof pictures and everything and how long he keep the jacket trying to fix it

Dropped off an outfit here to have the zipper repaired. They told me that someone would be calling me BEFORE they fixed it with the price because the lady wasn't there at the time. Three long weeks had passed before I realized nobody had called me, so I went back up there. The girl at the front desk says "Oh yea it's done. Its $30. How do you want to pay?" I asked her what happened to someone calling me and hotw did we get that price??? She couldn't tell me anything but to come back when the owner was there. Its been almost 2 months and nobody has reached out to me about payment, picking it up, nothing! Not that I expected it. First and LAST time I come here!
