I was serviced at the Deeply Rooted Natural Hair Care Center yesterday and it was quite an enjoyable enthusiastic great experience. I was taken care of immediately and very efficiently, all of my loc hair needs were met and the loctician Keisha was very knowledgeable about the care of my locs. Thanks Deeply Rooted Natural Hair Care Center, until my next visit.
They used to have amazing service. They never answer the phone now so if you leave a voicemail, they might call you back. More than likely not. Still waiting on a callback from a voicemail that I left last week requesting a hair appointment for this coming Wednesday the 10th.
Still the best in Georgia! Thank you, Kim for keeping superior natural hair care, customer service and quality in your brand for over a decade! I'm a customer since 2007. I tried other salons in haste and always regretted it. Not with Deeply Rooted. If your business survived the pandemic, there is nothing left to say. The reputation speaks for itself! I highly recommend!
