I called the number listed here and spoke with Jim. Explained to him all the issues I was having with my laptop. I wasn't even able to boot my PC. Within a couple hours he was at my house and within another hour all of my issues were solved. Not only that, my PC is performing faster than it has in years. One phone call and a few hours landed me the ability to enjoy my pc again. Such a fast and effective service, 5 stars all the way, thanks Jim!

I called Computer Geeks to get an appointment to take my laptop in. I spoke to Jim, who was great. He asked a few questions, gave me instructions which got my laptop working. If you are looking for integrity and great service, this is the place.
