They are excellent! There were times when my kids cried the entire photo shoot and I still have gorgeous pictures from those sessions. I will always have beautiful memories and albums from Richards Imaging. Thanks Eric and Dawn!

We used Richards Imaging for my daughter’s senior pictures photo shoot. Both Dawn and Eric were friendly and inviting from the very beginning through out the shoot and process. Their knowledge and expertise with photography, lighting, color, poses, locations are spectacular. My daughter is on the shy side but they made her feel and look like a super model. I’m very pleased and cannot wait to see the finished images.

My son's senior portraits vanished into thin air and I am unable to find them anywhere. Called Richards Imaging & Photographic Services and they were so gracious in helping me replace them. I am sincerely grateful! Thank you for the excellent customer service.
