“I just had my hair done by Emily at Von Salon, and I am completely thrilled! She looked at the reference photos I took with me and listened closely to what I hoped to achieve. She took my hair texture into account and used a cutting technique that gave me the piece-y, sassy, super easy-care shag cut of my dreams - just what my fine, straight hair needed!! The entire staff at Von Salon are simply lovely people, Emily is a total sweetheart and so talented, the shop is clean and relaxing, the shampoo chair very comfortable (and oh my what a lovely shampoo massage!), and the prices very reasonable. I love it here & highly recommend Von Salon!”

“I just left my lash lift appointment. Val was wonderful! She answered all of my questions, explained each step of the process, and kept me informed throughout the entire appointment. Her professionalism and customer service were excellent.

As for the lash lift itself, I learned that it's just not for me. I honestly prefer the look I get from using mascara, as I've had better results with that. While the service wasn't what I was hoping for, that's simply a matter of personal preference and not a reflection of the quality of care I received.

I would definitely return to see Val again, but next time I'll opt for actual lash extensions instead of a lash lift. Thank you, Val, for making the experience comfortable and informative! 😊”
