We cannot express how much we loved working with the Plants team! My husband and I knew that we would have to tackle our landscaping in phases, so we contacted Plants to discuss “Phase One” – transforming our literal jungle of a backyard. Communication with the Plants team was easy and timely from the start. Once an appointment was made for a walk-through, my husband and I sent over a few basic notes regarding our thoughts on what we would like to accomplish in the small space. We didn’t have much hope that something beautiful could come from our jungle, but Joe and the Plants team proved us wrong. The experience level of the staff was apparent from the first meeting – where Joe, our lead contact, listed the names of all of the trees and plants we currently had on our property, why they would or would not work moving forward, informed us of grading needed to prevent water backup, informed us of options we would never have known about (but loved!), etc. You could truly see his excitement when he started envisioning & talking us through a workable plan for our small backyard – blending our wants with his expertise and knowledge of what would work best. We honestly felt like valued clients, even though we imagined this would be one of the smaller jobs of their year. After our first meeting, Joe gave us an honest and realistic timeline for the next steps – drawing up plans, finalizing a finished diagram, and then beginning/finishing the work. The plans that were sent were professional and details. Several levels of options for pricing were presented, all keeping our budget in mind. After a couple of revisions, Joe was able to give us everything we wanted for “Phase One” within our very modest budget! Work began exactly when planned & promised. The onsite crew was friendly, respectful and fully self-contained – and quick! The project was complete in under a week, and the transformation was nothing short of a miracle. Joe returned after all work was complete for a walk-through. He found a couple of minor adjustments he wanted to make – items that we would never have noticed – and will be sending someone to make these adjustments in less than a weeks’ time. We loved Plants so much, we’re starting “Phase Two” of our landscaping plan ASAP (creating a driveway and beautifying our front yard)! Professional, friendly, communicative, easy to work with, and will keep your budget – even the small ones – in mind to create an absolutely amazing finished product! Our backyard is better than we could have imagined, and we owe it all to Plants!
We used Plants for a rework of our front yard. They did a fantastic job and Joe and his team followed up and made sure everything was great. They also helped us when Irma knocked a tree down in our front yard. They cut us out of our home and driveway, picked up a ton of debris, and are working on repairing the damage. We loved them so much they are going to redo our backyard in January. Can't wait!
