“I have been a member of 10+ studios over the years and I am generally looking for a space that truly honors yogis choice, helps me calm my nervous system, teachers educated in the science of yoga, a good variety of 'exercise' classes vs restorative and this place has it all. The schedule allows me to get my fill of sweat from Vinyasa 2 but to truly better myself mentally in restorative and somatic yoga. I also love 'Drills for Skills' on Fridays which is a massive gap in most studios and has helped me push my practice more than I have in years. I trialed this studio while my home studio (at the time) closed for a week due to renovation and I swapped shortly after. Yoga home <3”
