Charles just installed my Mom's Generac and we are very happy! We had to wait a little while because Charles has had some health issues lately, but he assured us the job would get done and it absolutely did! Charles is on the mend, so I'm sure if you are waiting on anything, you can trust that it will be done. Charles cares about his customers, knows what he's doing, and provides excellent service. I would highly recommend Waverly Electric.

Primary service performed was installation of 22 KVA Generac whole house generator and associated wiring/panels. Entire project was to standard and effective. Service (now a year on) has been fully reliable. Subcontractors were identified and organized by Mr. Chuck Lawrence, owner/operator of Waverly. Other electrical work has been performed (unrelated to generator) at homeowner request. Mr. Lawrence possesses good communication skills, able to explain all details of project. After due diligence we selected Waverly to install home generator. They have been prompt, responsive, very reasonable price and less wait time for installation than other local companies that I spoke with.The person who provided estimate immediately answered my questions and demonstrated detailed knowledge. Each step of process has been timely.We are VERY SATISFIED and happy to work with Waverly Electric!
