Beat on my door beside my "No soliciting" sign and rang the doorbell. I will never do business with a company that shows up at my house unannounced. If only there was a security system that could keep the security system salesmen away!

The sales person lie. He stated it was only one payment not two. He said my payment was going to be $50 to $60 month but it’s $100 month. The equipment doesn’t work properly and now I don’t want it. They are trying to charge me an outrageous price to cancel. Never purchase from this company again

Customer service is terrible. All my equipment was paid for before installation and they still won't cancel my contract. Even though I am not locked in per the contract terms. I cannot remove the payment method.
The service promised was not accurate. The video was not 4k. It's was very difficult to see. The playback was for very short intervals and 'events' only. It missed critical footage that would have helped me significantly. The notifications sometimes come 3-4 days late for events and doorbell rings.
