Vector Security - Savannah, GA

Fardin Ferdows from Vector Security, just left my house after doing a wonderful job. He came down to adjust the timing on my video doorbell, but he also went beyond the call of duty & hooked up my cellphone Bluetooth to my car. My WIFI was lost last week when Hurricane Helene hit Savannah. I just happened to mention to him about my Bluetooth & he said he could fix it for me. He didn't have to fix it, but he took the time to hook it up for me & I really appreciate him & everything he did for me. As a customer, I felt prioritized and well served from start to finish. The technician ensured that I had a comprehensive knowledge of the newly installed system before He left. Vector Security has always been very responsive to my inquiries and even sends out a representative when my husband and I have problems understanding anything.
We feel very secure knowing that they monitor our home! We love that we can give visitors a security code of their own and that we can monitor the system on our phones.
