If I knew then what I know now, I would have saved myself the stress, frustration & money & NOT bought here!! So if I can say one thing DO NOT BUY HERE!! Patrick Malloy only cares about getting his money but NOT making the customers satisfied!! They have built units here that have MAJOR leaks, completed structural processes that DO NOT meet code (had to have my truss repaired that was passed!), windows falling out of frames, deck doors & transom windows leak, non-security door hinges installed on deck doors, sloppy workmanship, cracks, scratches, misalignment of cabinets, ceiling stained from repairs??, major nail pops throughout, hard to lock/unlock... read full review

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. When my husband and I initially toured through Upper East River and learned about the development we were extremely excited. The onsite agents painted a picture of the amazing amenities which were supposed to include a gorgeous pool, clubhouse, bar, coffee shop, state-of-the-art gym...we were sold. We immediately contacted our agent and wrote a contract for the JJ Corry floorplan. In fact, we loved the "idea" of Upper East River so much, we also put a contract on a condo in The Hamilton condo building as an investment. Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined the nightmare this entire process turned out to be. We paid well above... read full review
