Brittney H cut my hair today. First of all, I'm very particular about my hair. And I get anxiety going to get my hair cut because my hair is extra long, thick, very course, and mixed curly/wavy - not easy to cut. So I can be a nervous pain in the A** to anyone with a big ego about their cutting skills. I ask questions about how they're going to cut it. Because I know what works and what doesn't for my hair. I came in looking for a very specific brand, shade, and product. Saw that was in stock on line but couldn’t find it anywhere in the store. After asking an associate named Angel to help find it for me she wasted no time and went on a HUNT! I could tell it was harder to find because it seemed it was in back-stock and but she never backed down and made it her mission to find it for me. Even after telling her nevermind because I felt so bad that it was such a run around she assured me that she would find it and that it was her pleasure. Low and behold she found the product for me and she also had some of the best makeup I’ve seen! Awesome service, Thank you so much Angel!
I dropped my foundation at my hotel and needed replacement. I went and Ivana helped me they were out of my shade but she ordered to ship to my house and gave me a sample to get me by until I get home. Tiana was also helping and I told them how back home it was so hard to get help and she said let’s get you everything you need and helped me choose out some new lipstick. These ladies are the ultimate customer service employees, I was so impressed and wish they were at my Ulta back home! Thank you.
