I dropped my foundation at my hotel and needed replacement. I went and Ivana helped me they were out of my shade but she ordered to ship to my house and gave me a sample to get me by until I get home. Tiana was also helping and I told them how back home it was so hard to get help and she said let’s get you everything you need and helped me choose out some new lipstick. These ladies are the ultimate customer service employees, I was so impressed and wish they were at my Ulta back home! Thank you.

I just had the most beautiful experience at Ulta, thanks to Rose!
From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with the kindest smile and let me know she was there if I needed help. I was in the middle of a funk and wandering around trying to find my Urban Decay All-Nighter setting spray, but my mind was going in circles, and I just couldn’t focus.
When I saw Rose again and asked for help, she turned around with that same sweet smile and told me I looked like a pretty mermaid with my long braids.
