Members praise the gym's flexible training sessions, friendly and caring staff, and state-of-the-art equipment that is regularly updated. The variety of equipment includes machines, Kabuki bars, MARRS bar, mono lift, and many cable attachments, providing something for everyone. The locker rooms are notably very clean, with one member specifically praising Justin for his exceptional cleaning and organization efforts, which have greatly contributed to maintaining a hygienic space. Overall, the gym is a welcoming and supportive community that makes members feel at home.
It's an old school gym. Very refreshing compared to all the chains, but still has everything you need. You can tell the staff cares about the patrons as I saw them helping and conversing during my few hours there. If I'm ever back in town I'd go back for sure.
Favorite gym in town, hands down. The owner is always there and super easy to talk to, and you can tell he really cares about the place. The equipment is solid and well taken care of—everything you need without all the fluff. It’s very much a no-nonsense, get-your-workout-done kind of vibe, which I love.
The community here is awesome, the bathrooms are always clean, and the best part? You’re greeted by the cutest dog when you walk in (she’s my favorite employee). Honestly just a great place all around.
I loved this gym! I was visiting from out of town and purchased a week pass, very affordable! The equipment is all in great shape and there’s plenty of variety for any workout. The space is super clean, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming—it really feels like a community. The best part is being greeted by the sweetest dog when you walk in. It’s such a warm, positive environment that makes you actually look forward to going to the gym!
