EXPENSIVE. THEN WHITE DRESS SHIRT COLLAR WITH 1 BUTTON ON EACH LAPEL AND EMPLOYEE SAID I HAD TO UNBUTTON IT. THEN SHE STOOD DOING NOTHING AND WATCHED ME. NO OTHER CLEANERS DID THAT. I WOULD THINK IT IS A COURTESY.

This Abercorn location used to have two compotent persons running this location. They were very professional, couteous, and efficeint in managing the requests of customers. Given that these two ladies left, customer service at this location has become a disaster. The last few employees are awful, including the current employee. Literally, she cannot count how many items a customer brings in for cleaning, and she cannot operate the computer. She just can't. And this has held true for almost a year. Unfortunately, I now have to drive 10 miles, one way, for dry cleaning. I will gladly come back as a customer, but not until they hire someone who can halfway meet the job requirements.

Check the prices before you leave your clothes there. Totally my fault for dropping shirts off and not asking the price. But, $8.50 to launder and press a shirt is double or triple what you can find elsewhere. Don’t go if you’re in a hurry. It will take a while to drop off or pick up as the staff is unfamiliar with how the computer/cash register works But, shirts turned out beautifully. I just need to find a better price.
