I was impressed with my entire Beauty Pinnacle experience from the ease of scheduling an appointment to the cleanliness of the salon to the owner's complete professionalism. I went to see her for a lash lift & tint. Because I have the worst lashes ever, I didn't expect much success, but Ja'Vanna's skill managed to coax a curl from my almost non-existent lashes and demonstrated that miracles are indeed possible. This young lady is an absolute delight ~ kind, articulate, extremely knowledgeable about her craft and willing to work to get her clients the results they desire.
