I was having issues with my vehicle connectivity and Tesla Support was not helpful at all and told me I would have to wait four days to take it to service. But I called the local dealership directly, and they remotely fixed my issues very quickly. I did not get my vehicle from here and they were still so kind and helpful, so I really appreciate them!

Amazing car buying experience. They make the process so simple and quick. They don’t normally do same day pick up but I urgently needed my vehicle so they pushed everything through super quickly so I could take my vehicle that day. I was helped by the manager as well as Francisco, and I could not recommend them enough! We love our new model Y!

Picking up our used Tesla from the Savannah location was the easiest car-buying experience I’ve had. The staff was friendly and made the entire process seamless. Although the car was missing an adapter, they quickly found a replacement without any hassle. They also allowed us to take our time going through a thorough checklist to inspect the condition of the vehicle, which was much appreciated. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience—I highly recommend this location.
