The whole team has been excellent through ownership of now our 5th Tesla. Service center is exceptional for me. There was one questionable but tricky CT cantirail repair, but was fixed immediately, with loaner 📐, and better than new repair. Very pleased. Easy to do work in lobby while waiting for shorter visits. They always make repairs worth the value you pay and correct any issues post-repair. EXCELLENT value for service cost and Customer service. My survey link expired but wanted to still provide my feedback. Hope I don't cause an influx of people traveling here for service, but I won't be greedy :)

Our first Tesla and we spent a grand total of 14 minutes there. The entire experience was seamless and we have Kat (Cat?) to thank. She is not only SUPER knowledgeable about her product but also a world class ambassador for the company. Thank you!
