Patient Assistant POV: Every interaction was informative & satisfactory. From Intake to frame selection each staff member offered all the help we needed. Sadly I thought frame selection was like buying shoes and the accurate sizes were available in the back LOL. Not so, but now I'm fully informed & can select proper frames like a pro, thank you J!
