WE USE SPM ANNUALLY. THEY MAKE OUR FLOORS LOOK BRAND NEW. THE WORKERS ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AND WELL MANNERED. WE HAVE A MINIMUM OF 150 PPL IN AND OUT OUR BLDG DAILY AND THESE FLOORS LOOK BRAND NEW AFTER THEY LEAVE I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A PROFESSIONAL JOB DONE. I work at the Richmond Hill Y and we have 100s of people in and out all day and we are 24/7, Savannah Professional Maintenance made the locker rooms and childwatch room look brand new! The employees were so polite and the communication is on point! We even moved a 2nd set of lockers after the job was complete, and they said they’d come back to check it out! 10 out of 10 will use again and recommend!
