The customer service was great and very helpful, through the process,the tow truck driver was very good with towing my vehicle, just hope it was sent to Dixie motors and Parked like I asked. But all was well what I have seen.

Very impressed with communication as to when they could be there and the knowledgeable driver who professionally lifted our tractor (yard tractor) out of a ravine he was very professional and courteous

Had a tire blow out on a big Silverado 5500 box truck on the Highway at 6:30pm. They were there within the hour that I called and had it towed to my local shop by 8:00 that same evening. Very helpful and the woman that organized it all was awesome too!! Highly recommend!!
