Had an emergency plumbing issue ,called 3 companies they all said see you in 24hrs..what? I looked up Thompson and Thompson they had great ratings and reviews they are 20 mins out from Bluffton SC, they said we will see you between 1-5 they came at 2:30 found roots growing in a broken cap, Fixed it in the same day!! It was a Father and Son great job!! Great Company all around will highly recommend!! My Mother and I thank you!!
Nate was our technician and did a great job of explaining any service issues, providing reasonable solutions and repair fixes. Nate was extremely polite, very well spoken and was here on time, per the scheduling. I highly recommend Nate and Thompson & Thompson for HVAC repairs and maintenance.
My first experience and they were top notch from making me comfortable to the technician fixing my pipes. I signed on to the priority plan. They are amazing.
