I had a great experience with Road Auto Finance Company, purchased and financed my car in 2019, and paid it off in 2022 with a clean title. They were professional and courteous at all times. Ms. Sharon was the best, great customer service.

I would like to thank Juanita and Jackie for all the understanding that was shown to me during the pandemic. I had changed jobs was without a job for some weeks and as long as I communicated with them about my situation they tried their best to help me out in any way they could thank you so much.People can say bad things about Road Auto but I found that communication was the key.Once again thank so much..

We have been with Road Auto since November 2019. My husband and I have had a great experience all the way through. We've had 100% on time payments the past three yrs, If we had issue Ms.Sharon and Ms.Dorsey always handled them fast and efficiently. We just paid off my car on March 4 2022, a yr and eight mths early. I truly thank them for financing my car, the previous finance company approved me allowed me to leave the lot (with a different car) then two weeks later stated they couldn't finalize the financing for my car.
