“I recently took my first reformer class at Georgia James Pilates and I could not be happier with the experience! I do not exercise regularly and my flexibility is not the best, but I was able to have a great workout with a very knowledgeable instructor whose name was Mallory. The studio is very nice and the class I took was very laid back and friendly, I did not feel intimidated but very welcomed and relaxed. I would highly recommend Georgia James Pilates no matter what your level of experience. We can only better ourselves with practice.“
