Everything was perfect - a spacious, clean waiting area, friendly and courteous reception staff (with adorable cat ears that created a fun and happy atmosphere), a knowledgeable and professional vet tech Anthony who answered all my questions, and a thorough, compassionate and patient Dr. Torres, who explained every action and result as she performed the exam, calmed Pal with gentle touches and a soft voice, and made us feel valued and appreciated.

Renegade Paws Rescue, who also gets a 5-star rating, highly recommended Case, and I can see why. I know they'll take great care of Pal for a (hopefully) long and healthy life! Even if you live an hour or more away, make the trip to Eisenhower Dr. in Savannah. It's definitely worth it.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Warning: your dog may love this place more than you! My 4-year-old German Shepherd, Enyo, is usually a stage-five clinger who howls if I’m out of sight. But the second we pull into Shady Pines, she’s whining to get out of the car and bolts to the staff without even a glance back. Rude… but also the best feeling knowing she’s that happy and comfortable. Jackie and the team are amazing! They know Enyo’s quirks, send me photos of her adventures, and always follow up when I pick her up. This isn’t a “fancy doggy spa,” it’s better: a place where dogs can just be dogs, play with their friends, and come home happily exhausted. Enyo loves it here, and I couldn’t recommend it more!“
