My take on Panic Recovery

After having my vehicle towed, I didn’t realize that where I parked was a paid lot (I’ve been parking there for over 3 years, with no issues). We parked Friday evening, and went to hang out in downtown Savannah for a few. When we got back, my vehicle was gone and that’s when I noticed the signs lol. Then we called the police to find out who does the towing, it was Panic Recovery.

Now I’m gonna say this, google reviews for this place is horrible. People complaining about missing items, damage to vehicles, rude customer service, etc.

Our vehicle was completely dead on the two lane road going to Tybee Island a few years ago and this driver helped make sure we got to our rental safely and rolled the Windows up so that the rain didn't get in our vehicle. The following day we called them again to tow the car to a repair shop and I just can't say enough how great our guy was that night.

I am amazed at reading the reviews-People coming after a tow company and most of the time they are just doing the job! I have used this compy for many reason and have never HAD an ISSUE- The owners are amazing up stading within the communty ! I would say if your car got towed most likely no fault of the tow company!I pray for the tow drivers and owners every day!!!!!!Service: Special vehicle towing
