I love the fact this office provides the help I need when I see no a text they text right back they understand my transportation problems right now and are very kind and understanding about showing up a little late The lady that checks me in every time she is so very nice I love seeing her and Mrs.Ingram is very easy to talk to DR.Ross is amazing she not only helped me she prayed with me as well Thank god for the staff at the pain and spine management clinic
Dr. Ross is by far the best pain management physician in southeast Georgia. Her technique of lower back injections have given me new hope for my back pain relief. Thank you for all you do for me.

They are in network with the VA and correspond with them efficiently for all of your pain management needs. Of course, the VA doesn't like providing these services, so they go all out their way to send you to pain management via referral, even if you only require a very low, schedule 4 prescription. Makes you wonder why the VA has to be so sketchy. Then you have to go to the pharmacy, make Rx copayments, make the drive to the clinic, etc. But this place is usually prompt with sending Rx's, the facility is nice, the wait time is low, and the staff is polite, as is Dr. Ross and all of her PA's. They'll get you all taken care of.
