I was shopping in Kirkland’s on Bruce B Downs in Westley Chapel Fla. I stopped and looked at two canvases and went on as I was going to walk away the canvases all toppled over and knocked me down and my wrist got black and blue with immediate pain. I waited till 4:00 am and couldn’t take the pain I had worked but couldn’t do anything I wrapped it with gauze to keep it tight and went to emergency room in Oak Hill Hospital, they took X-rays and put on a brace. That Wednesday I was called by my primary Dr office and said to come in which the next day. I was seen by Dr. and was referred to an orthopedic doctor. I have signed EVERYTHING since 10/17/24 and no one has signed up to represent ME from Morgan and Morgan. WHY??? I’m disappointed in the system and oversight of “my” case. Rene, my attorney has not even called to verbally introduce himself personally nor has he signed anything. Who is the clerk/secretary assisting him and working as part of the Morgan and Morgan team. I’m not from here so I just thought Morgan and Morgan was go to law firm as their advertising on TV alleges and people say. Not so with me nor my wife, Cynthia who is a 10 year triple negative breast cancer survivor and is still suffering allergic reactions from it todate.

Morgan & Morgan is well reputed for warm, friendly, respectful relationships with clients. Though I did not experience any immediate after effects of the incident, they advised us to file for future possibilities. Sound advice.
