We contracted them to install two 50' French drains with pop up emitters. Immediately after install we noticed a problem - neither pop up emitter worked and the drain was filling completely, backing up our downspout and completely negating any benefit of the drain. On top of this, the earth around every opening immediately eroded. When brought to their attention, they ignored us for 3 months until we told them we wouldn't pay until it's properly installed. When they finally came by, they blamed us for not nailing the downspout extension (that they installed) to the downspout. Take a look at the attached picture. Is this how it should be working? Hired them to install pavers throughout our backyard. Not only we’re they affordable, but they were more timely and efficient than ANY business I’ve ever seen! They had the whole project expertly done in two days, and it was no small feat.
