BEWARE! I would not recommend this place. They got me in there office just to tell me they can't do my root canal. Even though I spoke with them and explained the situation before I scheduled my appointment! They also stated they will have another dentist in office to look at my X-rays and give me a call ! No CaLL A waiste of time and I had to take off work and I'm pretty sure they gonna file claim on my insurance! BEWARE!

BE AWARE. I went to this place solely on the fact they had an early opening and I see why ! They will immediately try to up sale you on services and once I informed them that I was only interested in a basic cleaning service they stopped the appointment immediately and said there was nothing else they could do. They literally did nothing to my teeth and we're only willing to move forward if I paid for their additional services which were absurd. I see why the good dentists are booked up until past the new year. If you don't want to be mistreated and feel like you're being heckled at a car sales lot to make a purchased avoid ! And on top of that I was still charged a co-pay after not receiving ANY service.

My negative experience seems to be a trend with Dental Wellness Centers. For now, I cannot recommend the Dental Wellness Center to anyone of my family or friends. It's too much of a burden not to do the small things that matter -- caring about the patient wholely. Here is my honest account of why. The small things do matter, like being honest, respectful, and doing what's right. Dr. Trout needs to take a hard look at how the back office, billing specifically, impacts their patients' satisfaction. Their tagline is patient-focused dentistry... because we care. But that has not been the case for my family. Without going into details, we have been patiently waiting for a refund of over $1,000 for months due to over-payments. Unfortunately, we are told to "check back in a week," with no one being accountable or responsible for following up. I see that others have experienced issues with billing, which is disappointing because the practitioners were professional.
