My lease is for Arbors however, the office was not staffed at the time. Staff at Kessler Point (Morgan & Kizzie), assured me that someone would be at Arbors in the near future should I need assistance. However, Morgan and Kizzie made it clear that I could always reach out to them if necessary. Rico (Arbors), went beyond to make sure that keys were handed over and that the appliances were delivered or removed as necessary. I mentioned litter in the shrubbery, and it was removed the next day. Rico mentioned the daily cleaning of the dog park. My experience with Rico was professional and timely.

After looking at several apartment communities, I’m glad I chose The Arbors. The leasing process was straightforward, move-in was smooth, and the staff was helpful every step of the way.
What stands out most is the overall atmosphere. Neighbors are respectful, the property feels safe, and the community is consistently cared for. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance, the team has been responsive and professional.
No place is perfect, but The Arbors has exceeded my expectations in the areas that matter most. It’s a comfortable place to live, and I’ve been very happy with my experience here.
