Best service ever! I had a hair emergency. The manager Sonia helped me herself and went out of her way to save my hair. I love her and her staff. I will be coming back. Special thanks to Melissa as well for being so nice!
Jade very much seems to care and know about hair, is a sweetheart and professional. I was visiting the city from out of town and needed a service on short notice. She accommodated me at a late time and showed great concern about how I felt about how she was styling my hair. It's refreshing to find a stylist like this, especially in today's times. I had an overall comfortable and positive experience in the salon as well.
I was in town visiting a month ago during the frigid temps! Needed a haircut and color - in a bad way. I called and was able to get an appointment that afternoon. Jada is amazing. Thank you!
The reason why I choose JCP salons when I travel is because all stylists are trained by Matrix.
The salon itself needs a lil TLC and it was as cold in the salon as outside (week of the Jan 2025 cold snap!) brrrrrr
The hair washing area chairs are super uncomfy BUT Jada made up for the poor esthetics of the salon!
If I’m ever in Savannah again I’ll definitely go back to see Jada.
