“I've used Tim's services twice to help extract some data from two hard drives that had been attached to a computer that failed. He's honest, fast, very prompt with communication, and this last time, the job was beyond his expertise and he's directed me to another business that can retrieve the data.
I'm a small business owner myself (a photographer - which is why my data is so important to me) and I see in some of the lower star comments people complaining about the location of his business.
