Infinity answers the call and almost always has a live representative or technical support that answers the call. They provide amazing customer service and are quick to troubleshoot issues. They even provided a stellar introductory presentation and catered lunch to all our staff when hired. Grateful the City of Tybee outsourced our IT Support with this incredible team.

Almaz was so patient with me trying to explain what I was talking about. I had 4 different icons for the same thing, and only 1 was actually in use. I told the desk I needed one thing, I actually captured him for 3! He was very helpful and didn't treat me like I was a nutter. lol Very nice guy! Very knowledgeable. I truly appreciate the fast response to my call and the absolute perfect resolution. He was just really sweet and didn't make me feel like a complete idiot. xo

Infinity's Mr. Delmonte was able to get all of my confusion cleared up and put be back to work again. What he did and said was a lot more technical than my words indicate which is why I am so very grateful for his help!
