The first year we were with the company that merged with this firm, our taxes were impeccably and promptly done. Every year since then, when the merger started, it has been an absolute nightmare to deal with this firm. They are not prompt in calculating services, they do not respond with agreed services for weeks and even months despite numerous voicemails and emails. They overcharge for their services and I highly recommend against hiring this firm, in any location. They have consistently proven that they are concerned with the money charged minus the customer service. They sell themselves, to attain you as a client, as wealth building advisors, along with accountants but they do not follow through with that, I assure you. Horrible, horrible firm. Find a local tax accountant and support people that care about you and your family!!!!

Emailed about amending my taxes, quickly received an email back about price. Told them I wanted to move forward just let me know the process. I submitted all documents to their secure portal, company uploaded them. Never heard back again. Emailed 3 times checking on the status and confirming I wanted to move forward and if they couldn't do it I'd understand and would look to other avenues. No response at all. This is unacceptable for a business. You can't spend 5 minutes to reply to an email from a customer?? Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
