I had a really great experience because of him. I had scheduled an appointment for only one device, but I actually came in with several Apple devices and was feeling pretty overwhelmed.
Grimm was very kind and patient from the beginning. He first helped me with my iPhone, which had been overheating, and he explained things in a way that was easy to understand. He gave me good advice and helped me feel much calmer about the situation.

Just pulled without an appointment. Wanted information & recommendations on putting a back up camera in my 2011 Jaguar XK. He inspected my car, and made a recommendation on which unit to purchase. He even took me to the correct area on the sales floor to buy the unit, and set up the installation date. Truly, a most enjoyable experience.
I had a dash cam installed here. My primary contact was Cheyenne. She was candid about the worth of services and ensured I made the most of my money. When we were forced to reschedule due to my needing another part, she scheduled me for the closest available slots. The installation took about 1.5 hours and she established the most optimal settings and made sure that I was familiar with the device before departing. I'll be back here if I need any services!
