My experience was great! I called one day before and got an appointment. My daughter had severe breakage and they were able to camouflage and the braids are beautiful! I will be booking again!
I called yesterday (Wednesday, December 18th, 2024) and easily set an appointment for the following day. Today I got there and when I walked in every single stylist greeted me with so much energy, enthusiasm, and excitement! It was a very warm and genuine welcome. I couldn’t help, but to smile and chuckle. I got there at 1 pm and left at 4:30 pm. The two younger stylists tackled my braids together and they were so sweet and patient with me as I nodded and fell asleep the entire time. lol. I was exhausted, but they were so gentle and kind. The young ladies were very kind and sweet. They explained that my hair was too thin to achieve the look I wanted (knotless), so they did a great job of making it look full with the small box braids. The problem is that I asked them to make the braids bigger in the middle because I don't like heavy or big hair. I've learned that I should bring the hair I like because the Xpressions would have been better quality. I ended up coming home and taking some out of the middle so that I could put my hair in a ponytail.
