I called Dependable at 1:00 PM and by 3:00 PM they showed up to repair a leak! Great service, great phone contact and the most responsive. I can't say enough about how professional the person answering the phone and the person who showed up were.
We had a huge slab leak and Dependable Plumbing came the day I called. Identified the leak and it was fixed the next day. Could not have been more professional, qualified, and caring. Communicated time and even called to let me know they were on their way. Immediately sent another crew to check/repair other plumbing to take care of dirt that got in the lines because of leak. Absolutely excellent, qualified service. Owner Chet checked on everything. Kelly in the office was also beyond helpful. Definitely highly recommend. Adele C
