We had a wonderful experience with Redmond Construction Company. They coordinated and supervised several major projects in our home, including replacing and staining our interior stairs, installing new kitchen countertops, and upgrading the flooring throughout the house. Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent. We were always kept informed regarding subcontractor schedules and knew what to expect each step of the way. Mr. Redmond personally inspected the work frequently to ensure everything was completed with quality and attention to detail. The professionalism, organization, and craftsmanship made the entire remodeling experience smooth and stress-free. We are extremely pleased with the final results and would highly recommend Redmond Construction Company for remodeling projects as well as new construction.

Update to initial review: ***** Due to a complete lack of response we gave in and paid to have the floor replaced. Once the floor was removed it was discovered the grout and adhesive from the old tile floor was not removed properly. The surface was uneven and never cleaned up properly to prepare for the new flooring. This was clearly the issue from the beginning. Mr. Redmond finally answered his phone (after multiple calls) and sent us a $500 check to cover a $2000 repair that should have never been needed had his employee done the job right the first time. ***** Full kitchen renovation in 2020. A couple of minor issues during construction, but addressed quickly. Did not realize they were installing the floor incorrectly. Ignorance on our part not fully understanding right vs. wrong on the installation and trusting they were being honest with us. Been dealing with floor issues for almost two years now as it progressively gets worse because they installed the cabinets on top of the flooring. The manufacturer of the flooring and several floor installers have told us the reason we are having issues is due to the install with the cabinets on the flooring. Contacted Redmond and was told they have a 1 year warranty on work and it's no longer their problem. I understand the 1 year warranty unless it's proven by multiple sources the job was done incorrectly. Wasn't even looking for free work, just some agreement at a discounted rate to have new flooring installed. He had someone come out to look at it over the summer and then ghosted us. Refuses to call back. I believed we made a good decision with selecting Redmond. The experience during construction was good, and to be fair the kitchen came out great except the floor. Looking back I would have made a different decision given the issues we are having with the floor and our attempts to communicate being ignored.
