I don’t usually do reviews & based on the past reviews of this place, I was not very confident on how my appointment would go however Ms. Brown in OBGYN was so sweet & made sure I was taken care of as far as getting answers for my problem. I did not get their names but Radiology & Labs were also great people!
My experience at this place was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. I came in with a dental emergency and severe pain and waited for approximately 6 hours. When I arrived, the receptionist told me the wait could be between 2 and 3 hours, so I waited patiently. However, the hours kept passing, and I watched multiple people who arrived long after me get called and treated before I was.
What made the situation even more uncomfortable was the receptionist’s attitude toward me. Every time she heard me speaking Spanish, her facial expression and attitude toward me noticeably changed. Ive been going to this office a while because its affordable. My doctors are pretty alright. But the front desk staff, most nurses and other staff are absolutely awful. The front desk has no empathy, no patience. Only concerned with getting you in and out of the door as fast as possible. I came in recently having to do a walk in and ended up being diagnosed with covid, but only vaugely explained what was wrong because they already werent listening and were interupting me the whole time.
