Dr. Randolf is personable and easy to talk with. I was able to schedule surgery with him quickly due to the severity of my condition. His office staff did all of the legwork to get the paperwork and authorizations in place for me. I really appreciated that! Dr Bishop also followed my progress after the surgery and always developed a game plan for me at each visit. I have the utmost confidence in him.
Dr Bishop not only greeted me personally in the waiting room but provided me an enormous amount of time answering my questions and concerns. Also went deep on viewing and explaining my MRI, my condition and potential solutions. I have visited three surgeons and Dr Bishop was the only one to actually offer time and a comprehensive explanation of my condition and solutions.
Kelli was very caring and had great tips for exercise. She answered my questions and put my mine at ease. I thought I mess my surgery up. She explained the surgery in and outs the reason my hips and gate of my walk changed too.
