I brought my laptop in to be looked at because it was acting weird. Turns out my Xfinity router needed replacing. The guys did a 2 day diagnostic, couldn't find anything wrong with it, and did not charge me for their time. Thanks guys!

Made an appointment to have my Mac looked at, sent me to another location to have it fixed for free since it was under warranty. Super friendly, honest and good service, will go back in the future if I have any other tech issues !

Brought my laptop in for a broken screen. It was a custom built HP with a somewhat niche screen, but after the parts arrived it was repaired quickly. I received communication before the parts were in, and once it was ready for pick up. The staff was knowledgeable, and the overall experience was positive.
